Graphology

Popularly known as graphology, the Institute of Graphic-Analysts extensively studies handwriting, especially for the purpose of analyzing the writer’s personality and character. This noble course of study highlights the importance of handwriting analysis, which, though not prevalent in this part of the world, is fundamental to understanding individual behavior.

The institute will now train professionals to suit present circumstances. This study will have a meaningful impact in the country, especially in security agencies, as well as other organizations. Dr. S. Mitali wrote that graphology is used to analyze a person's personality and character traits, personal behavior, and career assessment with the use of forensic investigation. He believes that documents such as wills, checks, threatening letters, signatures on contracts, and other legal documents always attract the attention of graphologists.

He also believes that many notable cases have been determined by graphologists in the history of the subject. Other issues raised by him include analysis under intoxication, duress, or medical conditions.

The British Institute of Graphology postulated that individuals possess a persona or external image that is not exactly what we are but what others perceive us to be. In their analysis, they believe that what comes through the door on the day of the interview is the persona and not always the person.

The British Institute of Graphology concluded that only graphology can uncover such hidden personal identity, making the subject unique and special.
